Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
